When our body is healthy, we can study (āĻĒāĻĄāĻŧāĻžāϞā§āĻāĻž), play (āĻā§āϞāĻžāϧā§āϞāĻž), and work (āĻāĻžāĻ) well (āĻāĻžāϞā§āĻāĻžāĻŦā§). Physical exercise (āĻļāĻžāϰā§āϰāĻŋāĻ āĻŦā§āϝāĻžāϝāĻŧāĻžāĻŽ) helps (āϏāĻžāĻšāĻžāϝā§āϝ āĻāϰā§) us stay fit (āϏā§āĻāĻ āĻŋāϤ/āϝā§āĻā§āϝ) and happy (āϏā§āĻā§).

Physical exercise means (āĻŽāĻžāύā§) moving (āĻāĻžāϞāύāĻž āĻāϰāĻž) our body to make (āϤā§āϰāĻŋ āĻāϰāĻž) it strong. It keeps our body and mind (āĻŽāύ) fresh (āϏāϤā§āĻ) and keeps us free from (āĻŽā§āĻā§āϤ āϰāĻžāĻā§) sickness (āĻ āϏā§āϏā§āĻĨāϤāĻž/āϰā§āĻ).

There are many kinds (āϧāϰāύ/āĻĒā§āϰāĻāĻžāϰ) of exercise. We can walk (āĻšāĻžāĻāĻāĻž), run (āĻĻā§āĻĄāĻŧāĻžāύā§), swim (āϏāĻžāĻāϤāĻžāϰ āĻāĻžāĻāĻž), or play games (āĻā§āϞāĻž āĻāϰāĻž). Games (āĻā§āϞāĻž) like football, cricket, and badminton are good (āĻāĻžāϞā§) for young people (āϝā§āĻŦāĻ/āϤāϰā§āĻŖ). Walking is good for everyone (āĻĒā§āϰāϤā§āϝā§āĻāĻā§).

Morning (āϏāĻāĻžāϞ) and evening (āϏāύā§āϧā§āϝāĻž) are the best times (āϏā§āϰāĻž āϏāĻŽāϝāĻŧ) for exercise. We should do exercise in the open air (āĻā§āϞāĻž āĻŦāĻžāϤāĻžāϏ/āĻāĻžā§āĻāĻž). We should not do it when our stomach (āĻĒā§āĻ) is empty (āĻāĻžāϞāĻŋ) or just after eating (āĻāĻžāĻāϝāĻŧāĻžāϰ āĻĒāϰ).

People (āĻŽāĻžāύā§āώ) say (āĻŦāϞā§), âA healthy body has a healthy mind.â Exercise helps us digest food (āĻāĻžāĻŦāĻžāϰ āĻšāĻāĻŽ āĻāϰāĻž) well (āĻāĻžāϞā§āĻāĻžāĻŦā§). Introduction: Modern life is very complex (āĻāĻāĻŋāϞ) and complicated (āĻāĻ āĻŋāύ). It is full of activities and struggle (āϏāĻāĻā§āϰāĻžāĻŽ). We can tackle (āĻŽā§āĻāĻžāĻŦā§āϞāĻž āĻāϰāĻž) them only if we are physically and mentally fit. Physical exercise can give us this fitness.
What is physical exercise: Physical exercise means the movement (āύā§āύ-āĻā§āύ) of the limbs (āĻ āĻā§āĻāĻĒā§āϰāϤā§āϝāĻā§āĻ) of our body according to rules. It makes our body and mind healthy. It also keeps us free from disease. So, none can enjoy good health without physical exercise.
Kinds of physical exercise: There are many kinds of physical exercises. They are walking, swimming, running, etc. Games and sports are also good forms of healthy exercise. But all forms of exercise are not equally suitable to all. Games and sports are quite good for the young. On the other hand, walking is good for all.
Proper time of exercise: Morning and evening are the best time of taking physical exercise. We should take exercise in the open air. We should not take exercise in empty stomach (āĻāĻžāϞāĻŋ āĻĒā§āĻā§) or immediately after taking meal.
Necessity: There is a proverb, "A sound mind lies in a sound body". If the body is unsound, the mind must be unsound. A sound body depends on regular exercise. So, physical exercise is very necessary to us. It improves our health and makes us strong and active. It also improves our power of digestion (āĻšāĻāĻŽ). It keeps us free from diseases also.
Conclusion: Health is wealth (āϏāĻŽā§āĻĒāĻĻ). It is the root (āĻŽā§āϞ) of all happiness. Physical exercise gives us this wealth. So we should take physical exercise regularly.
