When our body is healthy, we can study (āĻĒāĻĄāĻŧāĻžāϞ⧇āĻ–āĻž), play (āϖ⧇āϞāĻžāϧ⧁āϞāĻž), and work (āĻ•āĻžāϜ) well (āĻ­āĻžāϞ⧋āĻ­āĻžāĻŦ⧇). Physical exercise (āĻļāĻžāϰ⧀āϰāĻŋāĻ• āĻŦā§āϝāĻžāϝāĻŧāĻžāĻŽ) helps (āϏāĻžāĻšāĻžāĻ¯ā§āϝ āĻ•āϰ⧇) us stay fit (āϏ⧁āĻ—āĻ āĻŋāϤ/āϝ⧋āĻ—ā§āϝ) and happy (āϏ⧁āĻ–ā§€).

🤔 What is Physical Exercise:

Physical exercise means (āĻŽāĻžāύ⧇) moving (āϚāĻžāϞāύāĻž āĻ•āϰāĻž) our body to make (āϤ⧈āϰāĻŋ āĻ•āϰāĻž) it strong. It keeps our body and mind (āĻŽāύ) fresh (āϏāϤ⧇āϜ) and keeps us free from (āĻŽā§āĻ•ā§āϤ āϰāĻžāϖ⧇) sickness (āĻ…āϏ⧁āĻ¸ā§āĻĨāϤāĻž/āϰ⧋āĻ—).

There are many kinds (āϧāϰāύ/āĻĒā§āϰāĻ•āĻžāϰ) of exercise. We can walk (āĻšāĻžāρāϟāĻž), run (āĻĻ⧌āĻĄāĻŧāĻžāύ⧋), swim (āϏāĻžāρāϤāĻžāϰ āĻ•āĻžāϟāĻž), or play games (āϖ⧇āϞāĻž āĻ•āϰāĻž). Games (āϖ⧇āϞāĻž) like football, cricket, and badminton are good (āĻ­āĻžāϞ⧋) for young people (āϝ⧁āĻŦāĻ•/āϤāϰ⧁āĻŖ). Walking is good for everyone (āĻĒā§āϰāĻ¤ā§āϝ⧇āĻ•āϕ⧇).

⏰ Best Time for Exercise:

Morning (āϏāĻ•āĻžāϞ) and evening (āϏāĻ¨ā§āĻ§ā§āϝāĻž) are the best times (āϏ⧇āϰāĻž āϏāĻŽāϝāĻŧ) for exercise. We should do exercise in the open air (āĻ–ā§‹āϞāĻž āĻŦāĻžāϤāĻžāϏ/āϜāĻžā§ŸāĻ—āĻž). We should not do it when our stomach (āĻĒ⧇āϟ) is empty (āĻ–āĻžāϞāĻŋ) or just after eating (āĻ–āĻžāĻ“āϝāĻŧāĻžāϰ āĻĒāϰ).

People (āĻŽāĻžāύ⧁āώ) say (āĻŦāϞ⧇), “A healthy body has a healthy mind.” Exercise helps us digest food (āĻ–āĻžāĻŦāĻžāϰ āĻšāϜāĻŽ āĻ•āϰāĻž) well (āĻ­āĻžāϞ⧋āĻ­āĻžāĻŦ⧇). If we take exercise (āĻŦā§āϝāĻžāϝāĻŧāĻžāĻŽ āĻ•āϰāĻŋ) every day (āĻĒā§āϰāϤāĻŋāĻĻāĻŋāύ), we can stay strong and active (āĻ•āĻ°ā§āĻŽāĻ /āϏāĻ•ā§āϰāĻŋāϝāĻŧ).

Introduction: Modern life is very complex (āϜāϟāĻŋāϞ) and complicated (āĻ•āĻ āĻŋāύ). It is full of activities and struggle (āϏāĻ‚āĻ—ā§āϰāĻžāĻŽ). We can tackle (āĻŽā§‹āĻ•āĻžāĻŦ⧇āϞāĻž āĻ•āϰāĻž) them only if we are physically and mentally fit. Physical exercise can give us this fitness.

What is physical exercise: Physical exercise means the movement (āύ⧜āύ-āϚ⧜āύ) of the limbs (āĻ…āĻ™ā§āĻ—āĻĒā§āϰāĻ¤ā§āϝāĻ™ā§āĻ—) of our body according to rules. It makes our body and mind healthy. It also keeps us free from disease. So, none can enjoy good health without physical exercise.

Kinds of physical exercise: There are many kinds of physical exercises. They are walking, swimming, running, etc. Games and sports are also good forms of healthy exercise. But all forms of exercise are not equally suitable to all. Games and sports are quite good for the young. On the other hand, walking is good for all.

Proper time of exercise: Morning and evening are the best time of taking physical exercise. We should take exercise in the open air. We should not take exercise in empty stomach (āĻ–āĻžāϞāĻŋ āĻĒ⧇āĻŸā§‡) or immediately after taking meal.

Necessity: There is a proverb, "A sound mind lies in a sound body". If the body is unsound, the mind must be unsound. A sound body depends on regular exercise. So, physical exercise is very necessary to us. It improves our health and makes us strong and active. It also improves our power of digestion (āĻšāϜāĻŽ). It keeps us free from diseases also.

Conclusion: Health is wealth (āϏāĻŽā§āĻĒāĻĻ). It is the root (āĻŽā§‚āϞ) of all happiness. Physical exercise gives us this wealth. So we should take physical exercise regularly.
